• The Executive recruiter will assemble, organize, and manage a team of recruiters in charge of amassing volunteers for Sam Ronan's campaign for DNC Chair.
• Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage regional recruiting directors.
• Assist in developing an organizational and marketing structure for regional recruiters of campaign volunteers.
• Evaluate funding needs in recruiting, and maintain communication of such with the campaign manager.
• Communicate with marketing and help facilitate the dispensing of campaign literature to regional recruiting directors.
• Review feedback from regional recruiting directors to solve problems, develop better practices and note best practices.
• Maintain strong communication throughout the campaign structure as it pertains to recruitment of volunteers.
• Maintain communication within the party to manage problems as they may arise.
